Partially ready-stock pieces need at least 7 working days before your order is ready. Made-to-order pieces typically take 7–21 days, depending on the order quantity and production requirements.

Made-to-order pieces show a 'from' price. Your final total is computed at checkout based on the options you choose — size, name length, colors and add-ons.

A bespoke piece is designed from scratch around your idea. We discuss your concept, send a quote, and begin production once you confirm the quote.

Payments are made online through our secure payment page — online banking, e-wallet or card. Your order is confirmed automatically once payment succeeds.

Yes. Use your order reference and phone number on the track page to see the status of your piece.

Currently, we do not accept fresh flowers for preservation. If you already have fully dried flowers that are ready for preservation, please contact us first to discuss your flowers and the suitability of the design before sending them to us.

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. International shipping is not available at the moment.

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy for the steps to follow and the conditions that apply.

We currently do not accept urgent for custom-made items, as each piece requires sufficient time for production, curing and finishing.

Yes, self-collection is available. Self-collection arrangements are made by the customer and are subject to our availability. Please contact us before selecting self-collection to confirm the available date, time and collection details. Please do not arrive for collection without prior confirmation.
